"I wanted to like the shop because some..."
I wanted to like the shop because some of the items are genuinely nice, but the prices felt high compared to similar places I’ve bought from. Once shipping was added, it was even harder to feel like I was getting good value. I also reached out with a question and the email reply felt like it came from a robot, not a real person, which didn’t help the experience

"Really frustrating customer service"
I reached out to customer service about my order, the replies were just slow, slow, slow. When they did get back to me, it didn’t really help much. I felt like I kept having to chase them for basic info that should’ve been easy to provide. In the end, the issue still wasn’t handled properly, so yeah, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Return went smoothly, I think"
I had to send one item back because it wasn’t the right size for what I needed. It did take a couple days to hear back, which wasn’t ideal, but once they responded, they explained everything clearly and got the return moving. The refund came through after they received the item, so that’s standard, right? Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but they fixed the issue and I’d probably order from them again.

"Felt like a bit of a bait and switch"
I was expecting a decent selection based on how it was presented, but once I actually started looking around, there really wasn’t much to choose from. It felt like a bit of a bait and switch. I couldn’t even find some basic things I needed, which was frustrating

"Shipping actually took forever"

"staff didn’t really know the basics"
i went in with what i thought was a straightforward question about cabinet hinges, but the staff seemed kind of unsure. one person told me one thing, then someone else said the complete opposite, so i left more confused than when i walked in.
they might have a decent selection of stuff, but if you’re hoping to get helpful advice, i wouldn’t really count on it. just wasn’t a great experience for me.
